Appointment Policy:
Appointments are required. Gin Wellness does not accept walk-ins.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. The full service fee still applies.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
