Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows, without notice, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. The full service fee still applies.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

You should undress to your comfort level. You will be professionally draped the entire session and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. There's no wrong answer here. But, if you're asking what most people do...most of my clients either undress completely or just keep their bottom underwear on.
